To support the successful implementation of the Ministry of Environment’s Green Talent Development Project (Carbon Neutrality), we are recruiting scholarship students for Master’s, Ph.D., and short-term programs in the field of carbon neutrality as follows. We welcome your applications.
1.Application Period: February 13, 2026 (Fri) – February 23, 2026 (Mon)
2.Number of Participants: 20 students
3.Eligibility: Graduate students enrolled in Master’s or Ph.D. programs at the University of Seoul
- Eligible Departments:
Department of Business Administration
Department of Economics
Department of Urban Planning and Design
Department of Smart Cities
Department of Geoinformatics
Department of Landscape Architecture
Department of Environmental Engineering
Department of Chemical Engineering
International School of Urban Sciences
- Degree Program: 2 Years
Master’s Program: Minimum 9 credits + Industry-Academia Collaborative Project
Ph.D. Program: Minimum 12 credits + Two or more Industry-Academia Collaborative Projects
- Short-term Program: 1 Year
5. Scholarship Benefits
- 100% tuition scholarship support within the tuition fee range for degree and short-term programs
(50% tuition scholarship support for part-time and international students)
- Students participating in industry-academia projects may receive up to 50% of the maximum monthly research funding in accordance with student researcher regulations.
